A child below the age of 18 travelling alone is considered an Unaccompanied Minor. Every airline has established their own rules and regulations regarding the reservations of unaccompanied minors. For Domestic Travel: An infant is considered a child from 0-24 months. You may travel with infant in lap at no additional charge. For added comfort and security in flight, most airlines suggest you purchase a seat for the infant. Infants occupying a seat are subject to the full adult fare. You may be required to provide proof of age (such as a birth certificate or passport) at the airport for any children.

For International Travel: For an international travel, a separate ticket is required for every infant whether it’s in lap or in a separate seat. Depending on the destination, the airline may offer a discounted fare for the infant. Please note that most infant tickets purchased via our website for international travel require a paper ticket. A shipping fee will apply. Tickets may only be shipped to the billing address.
You may also reserve and purchase the infant ticket directly from the airline. You must provide them with the accompanying adult ticket information. Some airlines have different rules and regulations regarding infants. We highly recommend you visit the airlines website for their specific rules and regulations.
When an adult travels with 2 infants, the adult may only hold ONE infant. An additional seat at the adult fare must be purchased for the 2nd infant. Maximum number of infants per adult is 2. No, Travelcation does not charge anything to book over the phone.
The mode you opt for your ticket delivery is the subject of uncertainty. If you have selected an eticket then you can get your ticket from the airline desk at the airport where you will be required to show the necessary documents along with confirmation mail in the printout.
You can go for an E-ticket while booking your flight with Travelcation and you will get one as soon as possible. E-Tickets are more effective and secured in terms of misplacing, torn apart or lost.
All the necessary details are visible in the confirmation e-mail including terminal, air carrier, seat number and time of departure. Still, if you find any problem, please contact us with the reference number of your booking.
Change of name on a flight ticket is not possible; however, you can cancel that particular ticket and book another one with the respective person’s name which will be issued with the changed names.
Infants: 0-1 years till the entire period of travel.
Children: 2-11 years till the entire period of travel.
Please note that infants are not allocated a seat and must travel on the lap of an adult.

Yes, when a customer buys a flight-inclusive holiday package or a Flight-Plus booking made by customers on the website is protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. For further information visit the CAA website.
A late payment fee may be applied to the booking should you fail to pay your holiday balance on time as per our Terms & Conditions.
Please note that we will endeavour to remind you by way of email in advance of this occurring. If your holiday remains unpaid, your holiday will be cancelled and cancellation fees applied.
At Travelcation.uk we accept payment for tickets using a credit card, debit card, bank transfer, internet banking or you can also visit our office and pay by cash as well.
The majority of our holiday packages include transportation, accommodation and transfers to/from the resort. You should check carefully that the holiday you intend to book includes the items you want.
If the ticket you have booked is from low-cost flights, then you can directly contact the airline for your cancellation along with the details received after booking your flight. And if you have booked on regular airlines, you can call us or mail us for cancellation of your flight ticket prior to departure and when you call us, please keep your booking reference with you to keep it quick and confusionfree. Please note that there will be some admin charges for the cancellation of your flight ticket from a regular airline.
Please note that some fares are non-refundable from the time they are booked but, in some cases, airlines will accept the cancellation with a cancellation fee. If cancellation is allowed by the airline an additional admin fee would collect be by Travelcation, this is in addition to any fees charged by your airline.
Most of the tickets are non-changeable/refundable but if there is some amount that can be refunded, it may take between 6-8 weeks after receiving your cancellation request and details in writing.
